Lear Corp. named Frank Orsini president of its seating division and Jeneanne Hanley as president of the supplier’s e-systems division — Orsini’s former position.

After joining the company in 1994, Orsini held several positions in seating and e-systems until he was named president of the e-systems unit in 2012. Orsini, 45, fills the role vacated by Ray Scott, who was promoted to CEO effective Feb. 28 when previous CEO Matt Simoncini retired.

Hanley, 45, who also joined the company in 1994, served as vice president of global seat surface materials and craftsmanship before her new appointment. She also held several posts in seating and e-systems until she was named vice president of Americas seating in 2012, where she was tasked with managing the seating operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.

Hanley and Orsini will assume their new roles immediately, the supplier said in a statement on Thursday.

Automotive News named Hanley a Rising Star among automakers and suppliers in 2016. She also was named to Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry lists in 2015 and 2010.
