I found this to be one of the worst games in the New Super Mario Bros franchise and a “alright” platformer back in the Wii U. The only redeeming thing about it was the 4 players coop.
So for $60 I wouldn’t recommend this game for anyone other than fanatic Mario fans. Especially because there are so many better platformers on the Switch. Like: Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Rayman Legends, Celeste, Shantae, Sonic Mania, etc…
