Horizon: Zero Dawn Tops an Estimated 5 Million Units Sold Worldwide at Retail

The open world action RPG from Sony Interactive Entertainment and Guerrilla Games – Horizon: Zero Dawn – has reached a new sales milestone, according to VGChartz estimates. The game has surpassed five million units sold at retail.

Horizon: Zero Dawn sold 20,251 units for the week to bring lifetime sales to 5,012,112 units. It took the game 69 weeks to reach the milestone.

Guerrilla Games announced in March the game had sold more than 7.6 million units worldwide. VGChartz estimated retail sales of 4.74 million units at that time, which at the time would put digital sales around 2.86 million units.
