I love Far Cry 5, but even though it’s based on a real location, avoiding issues like political and religious beliefs just makes it feel a bit shallow and hollow. It’s a shame they kinda shied away from that. Now it’s just a world filled with cartoony ragdolls.
I also don’t care for games being dumbed down and self-censored in order to please those too immature to deal with actual real-life issues.
